In an effort to support the health and safety of our community the 2021 Miles for Smiles 5K benefiting Two Angels Foundation will be a virtual run.
How does a virtual run work?
You run a 5K (or 3.1 miles) on your own at the time, day and location of your choosing between now and May 24. Everyone who registers gets the official race t-shirt and we're even going to have virtual random prize drawings.
Yes! The Two Angels Foundation has relied on income from the Miles for Smiles 5K since the very first race 15 years ago. The net proceeds then, just like now, go toward purchasing and maintaining a fleet of adaptive bikes that allow physically disabled children to play and interact with their able-bodied friends and family.
REGISTRATION WILL OPEN IN MARCH 2021. CHECK BACK AT THAT TIME!
Adults - $30
Children (ages 5-12) - $20
Online registration closes on May 24, 2021.
Race shirts for Registrations received before May 6 will be available for pick-up before May 16. Registrations received after May 6 will have race shirts mailed to them after May 24.
We will be printing race shirts on May 7 and May 25. Race shirts for registrations received before May 6 will be available for pick up at a location TBD (check back for details). Registrations received after May 6 will be mailed.
Your virtual run can take place wherever you want. Please be mindful of local traffic laws and health department COVID 19 regulations.
There will be no awards for this virtual race but we have plenty of random prize drawings that we will be awarding!

The Miles for Smiles 5K is not only for competitive runners but also for anyone wanting to share a fun outdoor experience while supporting a great cause. Since its inception in 2007, this family-friendly 5K run/walk has continued to attract more participants each year. The event begins and ends on the track at the North Area Athletic Complex (NAAC) in Arvada with a scenic trek along the Fairmount Trail in the middle. Following the 5K there is a 50-yard Jordyn's Adaptive Dash where disabled children will show off their speed using adaptive equipment to walk, roll or ride to the finish line. This special event is a huge hit with spectators and participants alike.. The Miles for Smiles 5K benefits Two Angels Foundation, helping them to purchase adaptive equipment for physically disabled children. More information is at TwoAngelsFoundation.org
